Registration to ASPA2025 are open until June 2025, 12th.

The registration fees are vat included and include:

• the participation to the congress
• the conference kit
• the welcome cocktail on Tuesday, the dinner on Wednesday, the lunches and the coffee breaks. 

The social dinner will take place on Thursday, June, 19th, by the Palazzina di Caccia di Stupinigi and can be purchased at an extra cost of 100,00 € (vat included).
Stupinigi is located 10 kilometers from Turin, and is one of Piedmont’s most prestigious Savoy Residences and a UNESCO World Heritage Site from 1997. The construction of the building, designed for hunting parties and royal family celebrations, started in 1729 on a project by Filippo Juvarra, one of the most renowned architects of the 18th century, and continued throughout the 18th century under the guidance of Benedetto Alfieri and other architects.
With over 31,000 sqm and other 150,000 sqm of park and green areas, the Residence represented the Savoy Family’s point of departure and arrival for hunting trips, to the surrounding countryside, and their favorite venue for parties and leisure. 
A shuttle service will be available to reach the venue.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel your registration please notify the Secretariat in writing.
Full refund provided for cancellations received by March 2025, 31st.
50% refund provided for cancellations received in the month of April 2025.
No refund for cancellations received after May 2025, 1st.
